Lacey Saul is the owner and program director of Forrest, Lamar, Jones, Covington, Marion, Perry, and Stone Counties. As a result hundreds of children are participating throughout the area. Lacey is a true believer in promoting health and wellness. She is an avid triathlete, seven time Ironman finisher and multiple marathon athlete. With her experiences as a Registered Dietitian specializing in child nutrition and a fitness background she is able to implement a program filled with fitness, fun, and learning. Lacey is a certified youth fitness instructor who holds a Bachelors Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and is a Licensed Registered Dietitian. All instructors at Stretch-n-Grow are continually educated in motor development exercise and nutrition education for young children. Each staff member has a passion to ensure every child gets the attention they deserve. Our staff members are CPR and First Aid certified and Caregiver qualified by the state of Mississippi.

Our exercises and curriculum are developed under the supervision of an advisory board consisting of pediatricians, nutritionists, fitness experts and educators. Our exercises are safe for kids and in compliance with the youth fitness guidelines established by AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America) and ACE (American Council on Exercise) and AAP (American Academy of Pediatrics).
